    Box arrived with a rattle and the lid was open. (not sealed or secured with tape). On examination I noticed the charging cable missing and I asked to send a replacement. Seller offered a stupid discount which was pointless as the unit could not be charged or used without the cable. After some hassle the seller credited my account and did not send a return label and asked me to keep the item. My feedback is based on what action was taken to resolve this matter and NOT the product which is U/S.

    Item arrived damaged , but this appeared to be during shipment and not the fault of the seller. The seller was great in helping me resolve this to a satisfactory outcome. I recieved a partial refund from seller to replace the damaged part. Seller was responsive throughout the process, I would still use this seller, but maybe ask for a different carrier service as evri are so problematic. Thank you.
