  This was a difficult one, item was never received despite Royal Mail stating it was delivered, had to convince the seller that it hadn’t been delivered. Wanted photos of what had been received as there were 2 parcels sent (only 1 recd). They finally sent a replacement at time of opening a case with EBay and exchanging a number of emails, to be fair they responded quite quickly. In the end all good if somewhat time consuming.

  The item didn't work so I had to inform the seller. I was refunded the full amount within 48 hours. I was dissapointed that the item was faulty but full of praise for the prompt refund.
