  Item couldn't even be sent. Got a refund but when I asked the seller why, they couldn't seem to answer my question even when I asked it again. They just avoided it and started talking about something else that wasn't related to my concern. Not sure what the issue was exactly or whether it was just an issue for my item in particular because the seller couldn't respond to my concern properly
