    Item couldn't even be sent. Got a refund but when I asked the seller why, they couldn't seem to answer my question even when I asked it again. They just avoided it and started talking about something else that wasn't related to my concern. Not sure what the issue was exactly or whether it was just an issue for my item in particular because the seller couldn't respond to my concern properly

    Have contacted the seller to request a full refund. Purchased National Lampoon’s Christmas Monopoly. Item that arrived is nothing like advertised. There is no game board, just badly blurry printed cloth, no box and game cards are blurry. Very wrongly advertised as their listing picture is of a boxed game, sold as genuine Monopoly. This is a fake badly done rip off. I’ve contacted them and they are asking for photos before helping further. Avoid at all costs. It was a gift for someone!!

    This was a fake - not what was advertised. Not national geographic, it has a photocopied outer, is much smaller than the photo and didn’t contain the items specified. I contacted the seller to request a refund. First they offered £3 then £6. They have not agreed to refund. Avoid this seller.
