  Refurbished 24 port ethernet switch, superbly packed and promptly delivered for a good price. Unfortunately the switch would stop forwarding packets after about 24-36hrs (not an error that a standard bench test would reveal) so I had to return it. The measure of any vendor is their returns process, and this vendor was excellent - quick and easy, with great communications at each step of the way, and a prompt refund. Overall, a good experience from a vendor I would recommend.

Seller even responded to my inquiry about getting more pictures. The order was shipped with packing peanuts and the item was bubblewrapped for more protection.   This is my hand written review for this absolute beauty I received today. It came inside an oversized box big enough to fit an entire pc speaker set with a sea of packaging peanuts. This ensured not a single scratch during its long journey. I was blown away by the absolute care taken by the seller. It sustained no functional damage as a result and works as expected.
