    I have only given 3stars for the item description being advertised as new and unused ,however it came in a box stating it was refurbished I was disappointed as this is for a present I contacted the seller who assured me it was New ! When asked about the guarantee ,he said it was 30 days but did extend this to 1st Jan as it was a Christmas gift Might be worth checking other suppliers as they seem to give a 3month guarantee as standard It’s a nice looking phone for the price

    Thanks for Doro 8100 4G Smartphone. Arrived on time, very well packed and as described. Price included charging cradle, mains plug, USB Type C cable and very helpful Quick Start Guide, all as advertised, with a £10 price reduction. Look forward to using phone since previous one (not from this seller) had been very troublesome especially with the volume.

    Item received had defects not mentioned in the listing. When informed the seller immediately offered a partial refund which was accepted. The seller then failed to back his word and broke that commitment. He has ignored all communications since. Bad untrustworthy sellers like this are harmful to eBay's reputation.
