    I have used this company for years without issue but the last two times I have ordered, they have failed to send my order out. I had no contact from them on either occasion and had to go through eBay for a refund both times. The tracking information was frozen on ‘we are waiting for your parcel’ so they don’t send it out. I’m not sure what’s going on but given they still have active listings, they should be communicating with customers when they can’t send orders out!
