    This product is exactly as listed: new NOT in original box/package. It is a brand new, 2025 product in perfect working order. This drill was sold at an excellent price with free shipping. It was delivered 3 business days after ordering. Sometimes buying power tools on-line finds you with something that looks used or is old stock that has been sitting for years.     The price was good! Communication with the seller is terrible, takes forever to get a response and even then there is no real sense of a conversation. I believe they are using AI to handle the messaging. Was supposed to come with a XC 5.0ah battery as pictured but instead came with a XC 3.0ah battery. Asked for a partial refund for the price difference in batteries and received it. Never received an apology for sending the wrong stuff in the first place.

    Shipped fast and packaged fine. Disappointed because description says "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store..." but what I received was not in any kind of packaging at all.
