    I spoke to the seller before purchasing this product if they come with the boxes they confirmed they do. However once delivered they don’t. They only just updated the description on this product and won’t help me. Service is poor as they re assured me they came with individual boxes but don’t! I’ve tried to speak to the seller before this review but no help at all.

    it is a variation listing and the buyer purchase Sublimation Mug 36/ 72 11oz White Large Handle Mugs 6 Mugs in 1 Gift Box Package[36] without smash proof boxes, so there is no smash proof box coming. if want the smash proof boxes you should choose the option - with smash boxes. they are different price.
