  I ordered 2 of these lovely wee bears, unfortunately 1 was damaged on arrival. I contacted the seller and had a full refund within 3 days. I will definitely be buying from this shop again.   Experience could have been improved if seller had been better at communicating as there was a mishap with postage and a lot our time was wasted sorting this out on a low value item. Not great business and hopefully the seller has learned from this. Seller did respond quickly though and did not dispute the refund request.
