If possible, please make a note of the damage on any delivery note you are asked to sign. We will use this evidence to claim compensation from the courier.

    Beautiful flowers, I have placed numerous orders with this company over the years and I have always been very pleased each time. Today my order arrived by the Royal Mail, but unfortunately one of the boxes the flowers were in was severely damaged and ripped. However to my surprise the flowers were still in a perfect condition despite the packaging been so damaged by Royal Mail.

    I can't recommend this seller enough. Such a beautiful quality funerary floral tribute - I was sent a photo of it as I wasn't able to be at the funeral itself which was miles away.
