We are a family business based in the South of England. Creative skills come from our florist, Mo. The organisational skills come from the rest of the family!

We are keen for you to be delighted with all products you buy from us. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with the product or the delivery.

If we have made a bespoke arrangement or tribute for you, or created a personalised item for you, and we have posted it on time, then these are not returnable for any reason, including late delivery.

Fortunately, silk flower arrangements travel well in the post. However, if goods are delivered damaged, please photograph the box prior to opening as well as any damage to the goods. If possible, please make a note of the damage on any delivery note you are asked to sign. We will use this evidence to claim compensation from the courier.
