  Seller accepted my offer without reading my message that was attached to my offer. I contacted them to make sure they had read my message before accepting it. When they had not we mutually agreed to cancel the order. At that point I was disappointed but not upset with the seller. I was shocked when the seller then sent me a very rude and unpleasant message. The seller then sent me another message which was threatening. Very poor customer service and unpleasant manner.

  This was the only message I sent: "The order is cancelled. Honestly, this has been really frustrating. I did not agree to the 2 pieces before you made the offer/purchase. You expected to get 2 items which would cost £42.98 for only £22. I have now lost all the watchers on the item you 'purchased'. Just because you feel like you can't afford something for yourself does not mean you should expect someone to give you nearly 50% off - at least not without discussing and agreeing with them first."
