  I ordered a 6 inch elephant fern and received a asparagus fern. I emailed the seller and he was very apologetic and said he would make it right. They ended up not having a 6 inch fern. Asked if I would be willing to take a 4 inch and they would reimburse me the difference. I accepted and they reimbursed me the difference. I got the fern I wanted. In great packaging and no damage.
