    Hello I’ve just received my bag it was quite expensive as it is without the changing mat etc but to arrive with out straps to fix it to the pram and the fabric is also coming away from the bag, I’m not happy with my purchase from you at all. Can’t message seller’s blocked them please advise.

    We haven't blocked you this is the first we heard of any problems, we ask you to message allowing us to resolve, I can see the hook on clips to the right of the bag so I'm unsure as to why they was missing. Was the packaging damaged at all in transit?
