    I purchased the hot air rework and the desoldering stations. The desoldering handpiece was defective out of the box. I contacted the company, sent photos, they promptly sent a replacement, no questions asked. Both devices are well made and heavy. Both come with a plethora of spare parts and cleaning tools.
