  Ordered set of 10 extension arms and they arrived promptly. The one's shipped had two piece clamps designed to fit 1-5/8" OD chain-link fence rails and did not fit my 1-3/8" OD fence rails. The picture clearly showed 1-piece clamps, so I don't know what confusion occurred at Seller's end. I reported the error and was promptly given a refund. They didn't even want the 10 over-sized arms returned! So, I'll give Seller high marks for customer service, but poor one for item descriptions.
