  Excellent seller and service. Dispatched item promptly. However Royal Mail were useless. Item sent Tracked24; Royal Mail decided to use Tracked576. Seller offered to send replacement item, but in the end that was not necessary (after Royal Mail got their finger out).

  Item was purchased but then not available for delivery, seller contacted me within 10minutes of finalising payment to refund me and give me details on the restock estimated timings, to allow me the choice of resubmitting my purchase request later, they will contact me when back in stock. This was a good communication example and I wasn't left feeling let down by the seller. I would recommend using this seller and will do in the future.
