VERY poor communications. Ive sent 4 messages and not had a reply to any of them. The listing says it will have £10 credit preloaded, yet when I checked it only had £5.16p I've asked the seller for an explation and how they intend to resolve this discrepancy, but no reply. So if something isn't right or goes wrong or sent not as described as in my case, don't expect a reply to your messages. I won't be using this seller again

Over 54,000 simcards sold - we manually top up all out sims and check the balance before sending out - I can only imagine you have inserted it into your phone with the internet on and it’s taken some credit
