I've requested a cancellation and a refund, however this is still being reviewed by ebay to give the seller every opportunity to make the transaction right. Then I noticed a post card saying they did it on purpose because they were out of the ones I ordered and thought maybe I would like the style they sent instead? They sent a prepaid shipping label but I still had to go find a ups store to send them back. Pretty inconvenient. In the time it took to write the post card they could have just emailed me and asked if I wanted something else instead.
