The item didn't match the pictures as it was a fan-made version of the gengar backpack, though the images were used from the Pokemon centre website. I let the seller know and they said they would update images used and then they gave me a refund. A shame about the item, but the seller was polite and courteous. If in future I would buy from the seller again.
