They sent two shipments of four tires, none measured "new" nor "10/32" as advertised. First shipment- all four tires measured less than 5/32. Second shipment- they measured 7-9/32. They offered 5% partial refund which I did not think was adequate for the time/ energy wasted in this process and wanted to blame me for not ensuring the tires were new before they were installed. How do you send two shipments and none of the eight tires are actually new? I will not do business with them again.
