    well i told the seller before the item was shipped to take extra in the packing of my item because i have knowledge of this one item even when it was new to be fragile well then it arrived it had some good packing around the item but the item has a small electrical cord with night light size blub very easy to remove instead she wrapped the cord around the item and put it into a bag and it did some damage i sent a message she got back to be and accused me of doing it during the unpacking

    Multiple communications with this buyer included a FULL refund IF they returned the item. The Buyer refused. The buyer was unhappy with their purchase before the item was even shipped! The Buyer admitted to breaking the item when it arrived to them, and further threatened to "leave negative feedback." Buyer refused to send pictures of the damage and sent multiple harassing messages. Ebay was contacted.
