  Seller very ethical:the item sent turned out not to be sterling silver,but error was NOT intentional &the seller spontaneously &immediately refunded every penny & apologized.Her daughter did the listing for her & was unaware the item wasn’t silver. I’m happy with the seller’s extremely prompt response,& highly recommend her customer service:) Shipping fast,item well packaged,& if the item had been silver the price was reasonable and good value.It’s pretty,but not silver.5 star customer Service♥️
