  The whole transaction was excellent. Communication was good, accepting an offer, making the kit very good value. The product was as described and dispatched very quickly. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The box looked slightly worn — like new old stock — but was clearly unopened original packaging with the JBL seals intact. Inside, the full kit was present and unused. Excellent quality and a great addition to my tank at a very fair price. I couldn’t have asked for more.

  For some reason, despite the high quality and superb appearance, the Manago Dark seems quite scarce so I was pleased to find it being sold. There was a slight problem with the delivery which was beyond the suppliers control but they were very supportive when I emailed my concerns, emailing me a response despite it being late in the day. The substrate was well packed, I ordered three bags as they were such good value, and in first class condition.

  Overall the quality of the tanks and the service has been great. The communication was good, delivery time was better than expected considering they are made to order, and the tanks arrived in great condition. The delivery was smooth and the driver was really helpful. I’ve waited about 5-6 weeks to see how they went and so far they are looking solid, placed on 25mm polystyrene for safety. Clear glass and a premium tank for the money. Would use them again for the next tanks!
