Absolutely shocking customer service. Seller guaranteed me 3-5 working days. I received the item 3-4 weeks after purchase. I was advised it was a warehouse issue and I could receive a partial refund. We eventually agreed on a refund amount and 3 weeks later I had to chase for the refund as that was also forgotten about. Surprisingly enough , I had to chase a second time to actually receive the partial refund. Let’s hope the product is better than their customer service and lies.
