HOWEVER, recommend that the seller uses other couriers - I've had more problems with Evri than any other carrier, who claim to have posted this through the letterbox - impossible as it is too big. Delivered when we were at home & just left on the front door step, right by the pavement & passers-by. Also, someone had taken the trouble to open the wrapping to see if it was worth pinching. Not sellers fault but.....

The item wasn’t delivered to a secure porch as you stated the delivery company informed you l don’t have a porch. The photo you sent me shows the parcel left under a tree.
I would have an issue with any delivery company that can’t deliver the item properly. For the delivery driver to lie and say item delivered to a secure porch. Just look around the photo you sent me.
I will order from a more replaceable company. t
