Poor communication from winning the auction, to after delivery when I raised that the item was not as described. First contact was 2-3 days after winning the auction asking if it had been posted, then no response after I raised that the item was not as described. The description: stated ‘ a few small holes’ and referenced the photos. These in no way showed the holes as they really are. The ‘few’ turned out to be 8 holes and 3 further flaws in the jumper. Clearly not as described.
