The seller even sent another item when the first one was lost by Royal Mail. On a side note, this is the 3rd package i’ve had lost by Royal Mail in less than a year, via the local Sorting office and another one. Second item was supplied without any leads and did not work at all when powered up. Seller contacted and did best to resolve providing a replacement complete unit, but with only with 2 of 3 leads. Again once notified, seller provided partial refund to enable missing lead to be obtained from elsewhere. Cant fault the customer support but suggest that seller needs to check items being sold before dispatch.

No need for return and seller says keep the damaged one. This doesn't happen often. The item is as described cosmetically but just don't go. Good value and appearance is as new. Can't comment on quality cuz I've not used it yet.
