Rug as described, love the colour and does fit well, perfect for the colder days. Very roomy and adjustable rug. Good communication, as had issues with yodel but quick communication helped resolved the issue. It was quick delivery (until it came to pick, but problem with yodel not seller) but great service great price would fully recommend!

Ordered 50g rug on 10th March, took too long to be dispatched, Royal Mail posted card through my letter box 1st April stating seller hadn't paid enough postage, advised needed to pay £10 on collection. Seller refunded £10, I went to collect on 6th April, paid money owed. Seller had sent 100g rug instead of 50g. Notified seller, requested full refund and returned rug. I won't be buying anything again from this seller even though they are very competitive prices.

Do not buy from this person, my worst eBay experience ever.
Rug ordered on 18th, contacted to prompt despatch after no need the following week, finally arrived today, 3rd May, but seller had underpaid postage so had a £10 underpaid charge on it. Looks like I'm not the only one they have pulled this stunt on, they should be ashamed of themself. Rug also arrived literally in the zip bag they come with, no packaging or securing of item whatsoever!

hi if you had contacted us we would have offer you a partial refund to cover the cost like we have been doing. unfortunately the labels are not chosen by us but by eBay and occasionally this has happened.
we have stated on a few posts that we post in the rug zip back to be more sustainable we try reduce packaging but you can add on notes that you would like it wrapping or covering.

Be prepared for a long delivery time. I have ordered a few rugs from here. They have eventually arrived and are perfect, good value rugs. However the delivery service is very slow so expect to wait 2 weeks at least. When contacting the seller the communication is very good and they did say they're changing courier. Hopefully this will speed delivery up.
