This seller was great we had a problem with delivery that never arrived he bent over backwards to try to find out where royal mail had sent it after meny days even he couldn't find where the item had gone he gave us a full refund I feel royal mail have let this seller down which isn't good so this is why I have still left good feedback even though I didn't get the item as his company shouldn't get bad marks for the loss of an item
