The item wasn't sent. However it's because the seller found out about a potential issue with the model, contacted me to make me aware, and offered alternative solutions or a refund. That's how it should be done IMO. Regardless o the item, that's how the bar should be set for online businesses in general. A++; I'd buy these folks a pie and beans if I met them in the pub.

Ordered on the 17 May estimated delivery 20 to 21 May failed to arrive. I messaged the vendor on the 21 May to enquire about delivery and was messaged back to say they were out of stock! Looking at their posting on Ebay they are still saying that they have 5 available! Very poor service and not to be trusted.

Dear Morgan,As you were advised via our previous message, the item is currently temporarily out of stock, meaning it will be back in stock soon enough. We already placed a back order for you, where as soon as the item is back in stock it will be delivered via express delivery which usually costs us £4.99 but it would be free for you as an appreciation for your patience. If you were unhappy with the wait you could have just cancelled, rather leaving a hasty review even after you've been assured.
