Package did arrive unboxed in a loose bag so as a result was damaged in transit but fixable with glue. Seller communicated very quickly, less than 2hrs after delivery and advised this should not have happened and was not the intended customer service they aim to deliver. Offered full refund or replacement without need for return as item damaged and overall very pleasant.
