There was a problem with the blanket's controller not working properly. Absolute nightmare!!! Am £84 out of pocket...ordered item by mistake along with one other thing i did want. This company i couldnt cancel and told me to refuse delivery which I did...it transpires that is in breach of eBay terms which means I can't now get an ebay refund...am stuck in a continuous loop of automated email responses and they've got my money 🤬 should have kept item and sold it!! Fuming
