  Expensive large Item arrived damaged due to being poorly packed. After sending multiple pics of the damage, the seller kept asking for more even though the damage was apparent. Seller refused to refund shipping cost of $42, which I believe was the LEAST they could do because it was their fault, not the shipping service, that the item was poorly packed.
