    Item was described as brand-new, but isn’t seller stated that they assemble the bivvy to make sure it’s okay, never heard of that before if u buy something and it’s damaged u send it back not set it up at shop to check it rips in bag poles all scratched dirt in bag I no it’s only going to get dirty wen I use it but not the point it was a Christmas present so wanted it to be new not happy wen told sell was told to send it back but if want another one will be same so remove new description
