Let down by awful service ..marked as despatched within hours but took 5 days to post . then wrong address on package so took another week to receive. no replies from seller, not convinced they are uk based . seller only made a reply to open case once item was marked as delivered. So generally product ..not cat mate marked and terrible service

I ordered this item and waited for 10 days before i contacted the seller who claims they were ill. There was no communication from the seller so i had to contact them again before anything was done about the order. Asked for the item to be shipped asap from the seller only to find my order cancelled. Extremely poor service from my point of view.
