My purchase was well priced and arrived in time, but it arrived looking more like a secondhand pin with scuff marks, a tiny dent and some rust. I informed the seller who gave me a two dollar refund and was most apologetic. Product not received by due date and not in time for us to use. Very confusing tracking information where nothing seemed to happen within the stated time frame. However, the seller responded well to inquiries and said they comtacted the courier to deliver promptly. In the end the seller refunded promptly after the due date. I am satisfied that they tried their best in this case.

Waste of time to deal with .I tried to buy this item twice , no update on tracking , when I question if my item is on the way they tell me it has been returned (We are here contact you to tell you that we receive the notice said your package was returned back to us automatically today ，and they still did not tell us the exact reason .) seems like they are advertising items that they are not in stock
