Steve, decades ago, companies like Hostess and Bazooka paid MLB to be able to take pictures of players and print cards of them on the back of their boxes. It must have promoted sales of their product and got sportscard enthusiasts to start collecting them. Post and some fast-food chains produced cards of ballplayers and gave them out with their product. It was difficult to collect an entire set, as I recall. You needed help from other collectors. Thanks for the great service. Arrived May 18th.
