    Customer has marked us well on dealing with the order, but has marked us down on the product itself. The feedback system is not the place for product reviews - you leave product reviews on the actual product. In defence of the product bought - it's an elderly, but still popular staple-bound book which contains pages and pages of track layout ideas. It's a guide-book size to keep the price down, which is actually very reasonable (this is the first complaint about price we've had for this)
