I am sorry I am bringing this to your attention. My neighbour brought the pillow to me as he had caught the driver throwing the parcel over the fence, he called out to him as he picked up the parcel, but I dont think he had any response, the bag was open right across the top and it actually looked as if it had been cut. I cant see how a bag that long would have been opened like that if it was a tear.

Nothing arrived. I contacted the seller and Suzy was brilliant at explaining what had gone wrong and, more importantly, putting it right including retrieving the surplus orders.OK I had to wait 12 days for delivery but I would recommend using this company nonetheless. Just wish they used a more reliable carrier than Y---l
