Evri lost the Duvet so they sent me another after ignoring me when I told them to send it on the Friday, received it on the Monday morning which I wasn't happy about one bit and the thing looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I would never have gone anywhere near the duvet if they had shown me a proper photo of what I was getting. Fake advertising as usual on here. So terrible delivery company who are useless and don't expect to get anything that looks like the photo. I feel conned.
