    Delivery time, good. This was a pack of 2. Only received 1. And it had been folded in half so there was a crease all way across middle which I cannot get out. HOWEVER, after informing seller and being offered a percentage refund, I asked for more. In actual fact they refunded 100% immediately. Impressed with the actual item (but only 1) AND with their Customer Service. Would use again, if price/item was OK, mainly because of that Customer Service reliability

    BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Parcel was late & seller did nothing to help. Parcel then turned up a week late damaged via Yodel. Advert clearly states 2xheat mat, but only one supplied which was was folded in half causing damage rendering it useless. When questioned, the seller stated I only purchased 1pcs (advert showed i purchased 1 pc of 2xheat mat) & offered a partial refund (not even half). I declined due to false advertisement, and ebay stepped in to get me a full refund. Absolute con.
