  We had some issue on the first delivery, I emailed tthem, and they answered me right the way, so they investigate the issue, and felt sorry that might item got stolen right by my building entrance, and made it right sending me a replacement item , no cost, that is the way of doing business, they're on my list of best business.   Counterfeit figures. Do NOT BUY. NOT NECA. Got all “four turtles” but three came in Michelangelo boxes. The fourth, on the back the box’s description was for Michelangelo. They also arrived shipped like absolute garbage. Fool me once. Hope this review prevents anyone else from being fooled.
