  Item was brand new as stated and in perfect condition, Quality is outstand, and the price was very good. There shipping was a little slow I received Tracking info very fast but it took 2 days to actually mail the phone and that caused it to be delivered 2 days past there longest estimate date. They are a very good seller and i would use them again.

  The seal on the box was broken so the phone was not new like advertised. The battery drains to fast for "new", the seller offered a solution to send a battery then I can have it installed at my own expense instead of swaping the phone for a new one. They said he shipped the battery but a week later it gets "lost" in transport but never sent me tracking so idk how they knew it got lost. Then the seller tells me they are going to issue a refund & has yet to do so while not replying to emails.

  great phone , arrived much quicker than estimated time , could have got in two days off evil amazon , which i never have and never will ,and would have had to pay £150 more for the privilege, please support independent sellers like this one , great communication and great service over all.
