    I recieved the watch strap for my Samsung Watch yesterday, it had got lost in the post (Royal Mail Ref: confirmed) so I contacted the seller and a replacement was sent out immediately which I recieved a couple of days later, I haven't fitted it as I had already bought another strap since I go through them regularly, it arrived well packaged and as new, happy with the product even though I won't be wearing it for a while, friendly to liase with also, thank you

Sent a polite message requesting a partial refund to account for the inconsistencies between description and phone. No reply in five weeks. Avoid. Worst seller experience on eBay I've ever had.
