  I needed to return the first phone back as it had a hardware issue with the fingerprint recognition, apparently this is an occasional problem with this model. The seller was very helpful with all my questions and queries, I really appreciated the communication and customer service and they promptly sent out a replacement which is working fine. I was nervous about buying a phone this way but I would totally recommend buying from this seller. Thankyou
