Shipping was free, and it took me about a week to receive the package, and it took a professional shop who deals with these kinds of screen installations, an hour to install it.
The screen it self on normal mode is not laggy, but Apple CarPlay is a little laggy though. But it s nothing big, the seller hopefully fixes all that for future customers. They forgot to ship my backup harness which they shipped it right after Informed them. 100% Customer Service.

Edit: The item was amazing. Purely ignore this review. He sent me a new harness, it was my fault he did not text back due to it being weekend. The screen works pretty fine, it has some lag on Apple CarPlay but nothing to be worried about. Waiting for the backup harness! Great seller, great purchase great quality. Took professionals about an hour and half to install. Very easy.
