  The seller is excellent. The item got lost in the post but the seller did everything quickly and communication was great. The lost item was refunded very quickly. Shame about Royal Mail being so rubbish by comparison.

  The item that was advertised and that I purchased was not the item that was delivered. I was expecting a Scholl velvet smooth pedi crystal foot file and what I received was in the photo I’ve taken of the item it is clearly not the advertised product. I have contacted the seller who says that it works and that he has already paid for it but that is not the point it’s not the product that was advertised or what I thought I was purchasing.
