  This vendor took my money (£299) for a product they later said they did not have in stock. They offered me an alternative, which I did not want. Strangely, the item I wanted reappeared on their eBay shop first thing next morning, with all the description unchanged. For £399. I asked them to send me that instead, and if not, to refund me. I am still waiting for a refund. I will follow up now with eBay.

  Payed for item which was apparently lost in post. Buyer promised to resend a replacement item, on the understanding I cancelled my ‘did not receive item’ request through eBay. I put request on hold to allow them to post. The sellers allocated a tracking number to replacement, but still not sent the item. I asked for confirmation of their actions, but they stopped communicating with me at all. revision- I have now eventually received item, which is as advertised.

  I purchased the item and the seller bought the shipping label but he hasn’t posted the phone, then he messages me and I ask for a refund quickly to stop wasting my time and he doesn’t reply. Now I have to wait for eBay to step in to get my refund without including the delivery time. Overall very bad seller, doesn’t respond, and doesn’t even dispatch.
